Even though the spa is in a mall, I actually really enjoyed my experience at the Red Door Spa in Northbrook. I received a gift certificate and decided to try a facial. It was pretty relaxing once I stepped into the locker room/changing area. (robes were provided) The facial was great! pricing is high but overall a great experience. I would try this spa again in the future.

This Red Door had even better service than the one in Deerfield. The atmosphere was more modern, plush, and relaxing. Outstanding service with wonderful staff from the front desk to the service providers. Will definitely return. Only nail services this visit. A touch up after shopping was attending too willingly without hassle and just as pleasant as my first encounter.
