Lotus Laser & Spa

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!!! If you dont 'buy up' then you get VERY minimal sevice! I purchased a GROUPON and its the first time after hundreds of Groupons I felt SCAMMED. I choose to use the Hair removal on my Bikini Line...I explained to them that I had it done previously, and had only a few hairs near MY bikini line and thats what I wanted done. 1. The lady took 15 minutes to explain laser hair removal, and how I could "UPGRADE." I choose Not to and to only do the bikini area. 2. Once in the room the technician is doing a 2 inch area...where my leg begins...like as if I was from the 70's and had a "bush" growing out down my legs. I am not a cave woman, no need to basically do the top of my legs. I expressed to the tech that I dont have hair there because of previous hair removal and could she just do the same amount of area but UPWARDS, where it was obvious around the hair line...she told me NO, that this is what she is allowed to do for that area, or Groupon, and that I would have to "upgrade" my package if I wanted the area next to my hair line done. 3. I felt so SCAMMED, like you get nothing for the $150 unless you UPGRADE your package. I wasnt asking for more area to done, I wasnt trying to get anything for free, I was just asking that she NOT do my damn leg, and please use that 2 inch, 5 zaps, area in a higher spot. 4. Oh, and in regards to their packages...WAYYYYY, over priced! These guys are ridiculous. 5. I told the lady who gave me the "upgrade" speech that I felt scammed, since I told her I had it previously done and only wanted the area next to my already established bikini line done...she said she would make a note and I could come back in 6 weeks and she could see what she could do...I asked if they could do it right away and she tells me no, they have clients already booked and they would have to clean the room again....ARE you KIDDING ME!!! THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING, it would have taken less than 5 minutes, and clean the room, what??? Oh yeah like bringing in a new towel in takes more than 60 seconds. I was so pissed that it has taken me awhile to calm down and write this review...I try alot of Groupons, and in doing so have had good one and so-so ones....but I have NEVER complained about any before this time...and along the way I have found my places that are the only places I go to for certain things. BUT THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST AT LISTENING, WORST AT TRYING TO UPSELL, AND OVERALL RUDE...THE TECH DIDNT EVEN HAVE A PERSONALITY, IT WAS LIKE TALKING TO A ROBOT! Maybe if you are doing your underarms they cant scam cause they cant justify only doing half of a armpit, I should have done that...but was so upset at this place that they can keep my $$$...I will make sure to let EVERYONE what kind of SCAM joint this is!!!

I have enjoyed multiple treatments and they have all produced excellent results: Eye Peel, Botox, Lazer Treatments and more. I have found the skin care products to be helpful in assiting my skin in looking younger and feeling smooth, soft and healthy., I look forward to my next appointment and I would recommend Lotus to anyone looking for a great overall spa experience with great results.

Have been to Lotus Laser & Spa twice now, each time for medical spa services. The results have been exceptional each time & the staff are lovely. After traipsing thru many local spas, I think I have finally found "the one" !!!

Lotus Laser and Spa in Belleuvue, WA is a wonderful spa. They are experts in skin management, give wonderful facials and care about you and your individual needs. They are under the supervision of a dermotologist so you always feel you get hte best care. The team there are so kind and compassionate. PLUS, they know theiir business and are very knowledgeable.

I got multiple services at this spa, including massage, Hair removal and IPL. The staff were amazing and very friendly, so they made me feel at ease. I had done my research prior to having any work done, and by far they have the newest technology and experienced staff. I have since sent a few friends over for having work done.
