Dr. Roche administers Botox® injections, often used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Dermal fillers, including Restylane®, Perlane®, Juvéderm™, and Radiesse®, are available for correcting lines and folds. Lasers are used for various purposes, such as hair removal, spider vein treatments, and skin resurfacing. The spa also offers medical grade facials, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels of varying strengths. Mesotherapy is a treatment option that targets unwanted fat deposits and cellulite. I am a physician and I drive from Southampton, pick up a friend in Manhattan and head to Dr. Roche's Medspa. The trip is totally worth it. Dr. Roche and her staff are wonderful! They combine cutting edge technology with art. I will never go anywere else.
This was my fifth visit and I will definately be back!

You will feel relaxed as soon as you step into this beautiful spa.
The best thing about this place is that you know you are in good hands. The owner is a well established medical doctor. She is also standing proof of her products. I have a darker complexion and she helped me tremendously with the sun spots on my face.
Liz has also made me much more focused on being careful to protect myself from the sun.
I would definitely recommend Liz and her spa.

This is a wonderful medical esthetic spa, run by an incredibly talented, personable, and beautiful physician, who knows exactly what she is doing. It offers many different types of services and products, many of which I and my friends have tried with amazing results. I whole-heartedly and highly recommend visiting this spa for a consultation and various procedures/products you may need without any reservations.

I was in total awe of the med spa! It was beautiful and Dr. Roche was great! She took a picture of my skin and explained to me the treatments I would need to get my skin looking good and my face looking younger!
I decided on Botox and a filler called Juvederm. My first time for both. I am 58.
I am thrilled with my appearance and Dr.Roche was as nice as she was skilled. I tell everyone I had an artist work on my face! I am now a repeat client and I'm scheduled for a micro-laser peel.
I would recommend Dr.Roche to everyone.
