Just finished getting a Pure Spa pedicure and it was a joke for $60! The chair is a most uncomfortable chair (with a small pillow on it for your back??) with a low back, so you can't even lean back and rest your head on anything. The water for your feet in in a bowl at the bottom of the chair, that they don't even refill to rinse you off. No massage of the feet or legs...she (Kim) rubbed some salt stuff on my feet for 5 seconds and then rinsed off...I guess paying for the "Pure" upgrade was putting my feet in some warm oil in a plastic baggy. I'm a tall person, but she didn't even more the foot rest out far enough from the chair for me to stretch my legs out. Wow...I could have gotten that AND in a massage chair for $30 a couple doors down at the nail salon. I guess this is strictly a massage place, or at least that's what they specialize in. Oh yeah, and I arrived 10 minutes early, and she was 10 minutes late so I waited 20 minutes. 60 minute pedicure? Ha! She was done in 40 minutes...what a waste of money! Nice ambiance and receptionist was very nice and apologetic when Kim was late.
I am so very sorry to hear of your disappointment. I feel that any defense of the service will seem as an excuse. So I would like to extend my most sincere apologies for our complete service failure. I wish you had expressed such disappointment upon checking out, as my front desk team would have made the appropriate decision based on your feedback. I have personally reached out to you and left a voice message to follow up with a way to make this up to you and have not heard back. I encourage you to allow us the opportunity to somehow offer the experience you deserve. I am in the business of making people feel better and we fell far below my expectations as well as yours.
Yours in service,
Pure Spa Owner
