This spa is in the perfect setting. The old victorian converted home is perfect for that relaxing and unwinding experience that a spa should have. The staff is very relaxing as well; always speaking softly so that they don't take away from the experience. The atmosphere is just perfect and I have yet to find another spa that is this relaxing.

IReceived a GC for SpaFinder and found Utopia was one of the only spas in my area. Although I was sceptical since it is in a house setting, I have to say I was extremely pleased with my visit. I had booked for a massage and a pedicure and was so impressed by the friendly staff and the quality of service I received that I also asked to have my hair done and was readily accomodated. I have found my new salon and spa with or without a GC. I rebooked before leaving and was given certificates from the sweet lady who checked me out to be used for a friend and for when I return. Looking forward to going back and will tell my friends.

I've been going to Utopia for quite awhile now, and I have to say that I have never been disappointed after a service. Their staff is friendly and helpful, their services are wonderful. I recently went to prom I have had facials, eye brows, makeup, and hair done there and I loved everything!
I recommend this spa to everyone I come in contact with!

I use Utopia exclusively for massages. I have a physically demanding job, and I am also a physically active person that runs, lifts weights, and does yoga. Utopia has a very skilled and highly professional staff. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I am a regular customer at Utopia and have the opportunity to avail myself to many of their services. I have yet to be disappointed. I have always come out feeling good about the services and the people who attend me. They keep informed on the latest styles and trends and their recommendations have always worked for me. Try them. The spa was located in the middle of no where in a somewhat run down old parking lot and matching run down old house that was overly decorated with kitch.
My actually spa service (a facial) was ok but I just wasn't convinced that the technician knew what they were doing and later that night I noticed that I still had some blackheads in my t-zone and I had since the appointment that morning broken out with whiteheads.
There were some little things that just damaged the experience as well, like hearing traffic outside, the creaky floors, being ignored while desk staff was on the phone upon arrival, and having gunk all over the pen that I was given to fill out paperwork. Honestly it felt like I was shopping at Kmart but paying Macys prices. Would not go back.

This was my first visit to a spa. The staff were friendly and helpful. My massager was very good at her job and made me feel fantastic. She was very tolerant of my shyness and performed in a very professional manner. I felt very welcomed in this spa. I can't wait to go back!
