About Spa at Folawns
The Spa at Folawns is an Aveda concept spa that focuses on results and recovery. The 5,000-square-foot spa features six treatment rooms where neutral colors and a peaceful atmosphere help relax clients. Services include facials, massage modalities, manicures, pedicures, microdermabrasion, reflexology, and body treatments, all of which can be customized based on the Aveda Elemental Nature philosophy. The Spa at Folawns offers several annual club memberships, giving clients access to discounted services. An "Honorary Board Member" status is also available, which offers perks such as no-wait check-in/out, separate changing rooms, and access to Board Member special events. All major treatments are accompanied by value-added services; a complimentary hand and arm massage is offered with every haircut, a complimentary foot soak is given with every massage, and a complimentary foot massage with every facial.Location

I set up a massage and pedi a week in advance. Got a confirmation call 2 days before hand. Set up a babysitter for my 2 year old. Ah, mommy gets a break.
An hour before my appointment they call and say their therapist is now "unavailable" but I am welcome to pay for a facial instead. WTF?? My whole day was ruined, had to pay a sitter for not sitting. I will never use them again.

Finally, a spa and salon that makes me feel important and caters to my needs not the needs of their schedule! My entire experience at Folawn's was superb, from my initial greeting to my therapists in depth knowledge on how to help my skin. This is first class all the way! I have become an Honorary Board Member and visit every month!

I came in very uptight and expecting so so service. Instead I was greeted by a very friendly staff and treated like I was the only person there for a service. I received outstanding service and was very relaxed when I left. In fact, I booked an entire day at the spa for myself and my husband. Can't wait to go back. I am telling everyone I know about this one of a kind spa.

I was looking for a new Spa and hit the jackpot! Folawn's is amazing. Service was terrific and best of all NON-TIPPING...I didn't know this existed! =) They have several memberships that are great values. I will be getting monthly massages now because of it!! Elizabeth was my therapist and she was great...and extrememely professional. I can't wait for next month's massage...will have to try some of the other services, too! Finally a comfortable place for my "maintenance".
