    Krause Holistic Health Spa is a 2,100-square-foot spa located two blocks from the ocean in Redondo Beach, California. The spa's walls are painted an amethyst color that complements the amethyst geo stones that are displayed in the lobby. After a renovation in 2008, Krause added new marble and granite furniture and sinks as well as a KANGEN alkaline water dispenser. The spa hopes to motivate clients to translate their healthiest thoughts into life-long, life-giving action and works hard to offer the most enjoyable and relaxing treatments at an affordable price. A variety of services are available including chiropractic and nutritional services, massage therapy, acupressure, custom homeopathic remedies, custom herbal remedies, pain control, probiotics, skin-care treatments, facials including a European facial, hydrating treatments, deep-pore cleansing, chemical peels, skin tag removal, diamond tip microdermabrasion, elastic collagen masks, enzyme exfoliation, eyelash extensions and perming, teeth whitening, and waxing services including Brazilian. Monthly specials are also available.

One word describes my experience here. HEAVENLY. The esthetician, Irena is very professional and friendly. She gave me the best facial that I have ever had. She says she has been doing skin care for 20 years and is from Europe. Must experience it for yourself to fully appreciate. Great price too.

Will not find a better value than this place. Who you get is hit or miss, some are interns and others are graduates. Not the fanciest of places, but again you're not paying for ambience or atmosphere. Have been there twice already, going back for more.

I really enjoyed my massages at Krause Holistic Health Spa. I experienced a top quality massage services given by sweet , friendly and highly qualified professional staff. The several treatments and products that Krause Spa offers, provided me with a relaxing retreat from the stresses of everyday life. It is my pleasure to be a regular client of a such a wonderful Spa. The facility is clean and bright and the soft music and the nice atmosphere match perfectly with relaxing and comfortable massage. I think it is really worth it to visit Krause Spa and I highly recommend it!
