I don't usually buy into the mumbo jumbo of "Holistic" anything, but I did try out a massage here and I can say I was pleasantly surprised and left wanting to go right back in! Karen is extremely skilled, and got the kinks out of my shoulders and lower back, which have been bothering me for some time-probably from sitting around being a desk jockey Mon-Fri. Karen is by far the most experienced Ayurvedic Healer in the Westlake Village area. She brings with her a repertoire of ancient healing techniques from India. I had the Five Day Pancha Karma Detoxifying treatment and I must say that I have never experienced anything close to this both physically and spiritually. I recommend this for anyone who is dealing with emotional baggage that they have been carrying around and finally want to get rid of it once and for all. A real bonus of this treatment is the more youthful appearance and energy level that one will experience after the first day on the program. It's truly miraculous! I can not say enough good things about Karen and all of the healing energy that she brings to her treatment room and her clients.

I am so thrilled I found Karen a few years ago --- I feel like I have known her forever. I try to see her at least twice monthly for a massage. Karen has a very relaxing demeanor that immediately set me at ease from the first visit. She shows a wonderful attention to detail and has worked with my specific needs to an amazing degree. And like many people, I have quite a few issues and aches and pains that need attention. I like both locations but must admit the location by the lake is my favorite. It is so beautiful and calming yet not off the beaten path.
