We at Massage Envy West Boca Raton are sorry to hear that Christine and her husband were dissatisfied with their experiences at this Massage Envy location. The owner has left the site??? I am their at least three days a week. There is also a manager and assistant manager on site to handle all day to day operations. As the owner, I take personal pride in my clinics and take personal the comments that Christine made. The manager spoke with Christine several times. She did not like the answers she received and is why she requested to speak to me.I DID call her back .We try very hard to accomodate our clients. Christine forgot to mention that she was making couples room appointments a month in advance - and each time cancelled them the same day right before her appointment time( with no charge - due to babysitter problems, not computer glitches) She was told she cannot book in advance anymore for that reason. I personally booked her and her husbands last appointment- she wanted the two therapists they like at the time she wanted- and felt I should cancel the other clients booked at that time. I told her I could give her the couples room at that time with one therapist they requested and another one whose massage style was similar to her requested therapist. She started to scream- yelling that I should cancel the the other client- this is when she could get a babysitter. She called Richard at corporate- and he said he would call me- He did and again I called her. FYI she came to our clinic twice since her post- They did cancel their memberships. We try our best, there is a reason we have over 1300 members in our clinic alone, and over a million members nationwide. Carol owner

Although our massages are 39.00- you are getting the same massage you would get elsewhere (including high end spas) Many of the 30 therapists employed at this location also work second jobs at local country club spas, chiropractic offices, and have their own private clients. You are getting the same massage their clients at other jobs receive. Massage Envy can afford to give these prices because we cut out the showers,saunas,steams etc.Those are the biggest liability for a spa. We cater to the busy and working person who wants their customized massage and wants to get on with their day. They don't want or have time for the frills of a spa.

I am sorry for Lori's poor experience at Massage Envy. Unfortunately, emergencies do happen. Lori was the first appointment of the day and we didi not know the LMT was rushed to the emergency room a couples of hours before. We also found out when we called the LMT to see where she was. We did try to reschedule their appointments. Lori wanted it then, but unfortunately we did not have two other openings. We did offer a free half- hour for each and aromatherapy treatment on us- and tried to reschedule later in the day. They had other plans, and could not make it. I assume that Lori HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE BEFORE AND THAT IS THE REASON SHE CHOSE TO COME BACK, UPGRADE TO A 80 MINUTE MASSAGE, AND ALSO BRING HER FIANCE

To Whom This May Concern, I am writing this in response to what seems to be a complaint against our clinic regarding a Spa Finder gift card. Here at Massage Envy we strive for excellence and make it our goal to exceed in client satisfaction. If there are any issues a client may have we always reach out to him or her and attempt to rectify any problems or issues within a timely manner. The reason for this unfortunate lapse in response time is that our records do not match this complaint. We have searched our daily schedules and appointment book and we do not show any record of a client using a Spa Finder withiin that time frame. I would also like to touch base regarding our therapists and the policies that we follow here at Massage Envy. Our therapists adhere to strict policies that outline proper behavior and client relationships. Therapists are aware that during the massage session they are to keep the environment proffesional and relaxing at all times and conversation initiation must come from the clients. They are not to discuss salary, breaks or any other related topic with clients, a policy strictley enforced by our corporate offices. Therapists are required to have current licenses and copies are kept on file in the clinic at all times. If any client wishes to see proof of a therapists qualifications we are always glad to provide them with the opportunity to view these documents. More so as Massage Envy policy we do not hire any therapist wihout proper proof of these documents. If the consumer whom this compaint came from wishes to speak to someone further regarding this matter they may contact our clinic administrator at 561-368-2111. Thank You
