Yin Beauty & Arts Spa 2

I bought a Living Social deal for a slimming massage and body wrap from Yin Beauty & Arts Spa. WORST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER!!! i have never been so disappointed and angry!it started off very rushed, even though i was 15mins early for my appt. I was told this wasn't a body massage and i had to pick just one area to work on, which was the first let down b/c it never said that in the deal. Next came the treatment itself, on my thighs as I had chosen. So much pain! The whole treatment only lasted about 10mins on each leg which was music to my ears as it was incredibly painful. Upon telling Wendy, the one working on me, that it was painful, she just giggled and said it was b/c i had so much fat there! She told me about 10 tens from start to finish about how my thighs had "so much" fat and cellulite. RUDE!Then the warming cream settled in and omg it burned and burned and 2 hours affter leaving the salon, it still BURNS! Feels like the worst sunburn of my life.Upon leaving, Wendy tried to have me purchase a series of treatments which she said I really could use b/c of all the "fat" - I declined politely and then she said "so this whole session was a waste of my time then huh?!" I AM OUTRAGED.Would not recommend to absolutely anyone.

I thought it was okay until I felt like I was constantly being annoyed by the people here whom kept forcing me to try things in which I was in no way interested in. Its one thing to offer and another to nag along the lines of harassing/annoying! I also asked that they not apply a cream in which they were trying to sell me to my skin and believe it or not that dabbed some on me anyway. I was sooo irritated!

They sell one thing and give you a totally diferent service. My husband got for me a package and they just gave me massages! I found out when I got home and look online on their website. Im so mad!!!

This "spa" burned my face terribly. They force you treatments on you you don't want and apply them while your eyes are closed. Please do not go to this spa.

Spa is greater and is better built than the first location. I love the warmth shown and Katherine is the best.
