Great Service
A friend and I went to Vanity Day Spa to get a gift certificate for someone and the service was great. The receptionist at the front desk was professional and courteous. She gave us information on the services they offered to assist us with what would be best for a gift. Then she gave us a tour of the facility which was very inviting. I will most definitely be going back to receive services for myself.

Hard to Believe
I have been a customer of Vanity since 2010. I love their new location and their staff is awesome!!! From the moment you walk in you feel like a part of the Vanity Family. I'm sure there are times when customer service isn't great but I've never experienced that with Vanity. If you haven't been yet you gotta try it for yourself. Its the nicest place I have ever been to in Savannah.

Unsatisfied Customer
I am very disappointed in the service at Vanity Day Spa, dealing with the stylist "Alexis". The way I was treated was very disrespectful ,and highly unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave. I sat there while while my hair was being done by this particular individual singing loudly in my ear and talking very rude in my ear while holding a very hot hair styling tool. I will not be back because of the way I was treated after spending a good amount of money there over the past months, I am sad to see such a nice place, be disrespected by one person. The company and this stylist is losing money because of one persons actions, and I am sad to say I will not be back. I have never had such rude service. My money has gone to waste. A very dissatisfied customer. I was hung up on over the phone as well, after trying to set a appointment with someone new where I was told "Its company policy that its one customer per stylist."It makes no sense that I am only allowed to see one stylist every time. Its a right that I can change stylist in my request. The behavior started not long after being there for just a few months! I am hard working individual, with a good career, values, and goals, and deserve to be treated with respect like everyone else.

did not approve of attitude
I went in to purchase a gift for a friend. After getting the gift card I was told that the card was only for a 40 min massage instead of 60 min. I kindly ask if I could receive my money back and I was treated with much attitude. I would have visited the spa again but because of the attitude I will not. I was not trying to get over on anyone it just that I am a bargain shopper and I am always looking for a bargain. Just a note for you guys, never look down on your customers!!!!!

monthly specials
I recently visited Vanity and I was very pleased. I had a mani pedi special. It was a mini service, but I couldnt beat it. I wanted to go to a spa, but didn't know which to choose. I saw a bill board for Vanity and decided to go. I am glad I did. This mini manicure pedicure was better than some full services I have had from other places. Evryone was friendly and informed me of the monthly specials. I rebooked at the end of my appointment and saved 10%. I loved the experience and have referred two friends already. I read the previous review, and I found it hard to believe because from the time I walked in everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. I recommend everyone to try Vanity.

underwhelmed
Nothing special, grouchy management, and not very clean. Don't bother with this one. I won't go back.

A little Nervous
I was a customer that frequented a downtown spa. Once I heard of my favorite spa closing, I decided to try another one. My son had given me a Spa Finder Gift Card, so I thought I wouldn't be out if the experience wasnt what I expected. I chose Vanity. I had seen a lot advertising, so I mustered up the courage to call. When I arrived I was greeted by some of the same faces I remembered from my former spa. The spa was clean, warm, and inviting. My service was great, I have been telling everyone to go to Vanity. They had a parking lot, and minutes away form my neighborhood (Ardsley Park). I wa nervous, but I'm glad I called.

pleasantly surprised
I decided to check out Vanity and see what they had to offer. To my surprise, there was plenty of parking and it was easy to find. Usually, all the spas in Savannah are hard to find and have terrible parking. As I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly woman behind the desk. I received a virgin mimosa and gourmet chocolates while I waited. My services were wonderful. I had a massage and a pedicure. They were both awesome!!!!! I plan to go back monthly! The spa was beautiful, peaceful, and clean. I have not stopped raving about it to my friends!! You must try it out for yourself!!
