Maui
Maui is home to the largest dormant volcano in the world, Haleakala which means "house of the sun." Rising 10,023 feet above sea level, a hike to its crater is well worth the trip. Maui is blessed with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world: Olowalu Beach has world-class snorkeling; Kanah is ideal for windsurfing and Hookipa is one of the best surfing spots to be found. There is plenty of adventure inland: golf, horseback riding, bike tours, snorkeling and sport fishing are just a few of the available activities.
