Some airport lounges allow passengers to indulge in a spa treatment without leaving the terminal. Passengers can prep for a flight or to pamper themselves on a layover, with many treatments designed for travelers. Many lounges offer massages and showers, though sometimes extensive spa menus or complimentary treatments are available. Access is often restricted, though some offer day passes for a fee.

The 24-hour lounge provides showers and changing rooms, fitness facility, oxygen therapy, napping suites, body massage, foot reflexology, and healthy snacks and beverages. The lounge is open to all passengers.

Qatar Airway's Lounge features U.K.-based Elemis spa services with treatments that include manicures, facials, and massages. Jacuzzi, shower, and washrooms are available.

Frankfurt, Germany: Frankfurt am Main Airport (FRA)

Lufthansa has opened a spa lounge for first-class customers in Concourse B of the Frankfurt Airport.
Passengers can book massages, facials and other treatments, and pay for them with miles or cash. The spa has six large private bathrooms and a room with a Wii console and fitness and sport games to pass the time. Lufthansa provides limousine service from the lounge for passengers whose flights depart from terminals A and C.

Hong Kong, China: Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA)

The Plaza Hair and Beauty Salon offers massage services, and beauty, foot, hand, and hair treatments in its Traveler's Lounge. The Arrival Lounge has showers, international TV and newspapers, music, and chair massages. Packages for lounge use, shower, massage, and naps are offered.
Cathay Pacific The Wing - First Class Section, Level 6, Level 7
Five cabana-type bathrooms consist of a toilet, sink, deep soaking tub, and shower. There is also a relaxation area with a lounge chair. Guests are provided with Elemis toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes.
