Joseph & Friends Lifestyle Salon & Spa - Roswell

I went to the Vickery location two months ago with pictures in hand of how I wanted my hair cut. I made an appointment with Sherry because I was told she was the best. The first haircut was OK, one side was longer than the other but I could live with the haircut. I went back over the weekend with the same pictures in hand and told Sherry I wanted a trim and maybe the bangs alittle shorter. I showed her the SAME pictures and I left with a butch haircut. I called the salon and was told I could come back in and they could fix it. How can you fix someone's hair that is already shorter than her husbands in areas. This is not what I wanted or asked for. I specifically told Sherry I needed to keep my hair over my ears. I have Menieres Disease and having hair covering my ears helps. Let's just say it is going to take months if not years for my hair to grow. Sherry left an extremely rude message on my phone and the text wasn't any better. She said she has made Joseph a ton of money and he would laugh at my complaint. Well Joseph if you see this please get in touch with me and I will send you the picture of the haircut I wanted and pictures of what I got. If Sherry is your best I would hate to see your worse. I just threw away $100 because I will never step foot in your salon again. The amazing thing I find is, Sherry did not apologize. All she did was say it was my fault. I was not the one doing the cutting. I think she made a mistake and kept cutting till she got a style she could live with. REALLY, don't waste your time on this place.

I was told about Jahan by a friend and her hair looked great so I asked about where she went. I had an appointment before my daughter's wedding and my hair looked better than I remember. I am going backl this week - I have a Joseph and Friends salon just down the street but I drive to Roswell just to see Jahan, it is worth it. Thanks!!
