Founded by globally renowned Taoist Meditation Master and two-time Qigong Master of the Year, Mantak Chia, Tao’s 50 acres of lush landscape are pillared by the Pakua Natural Healing Clinic. The clinic houses holistic practitioners and certified medical specialists, a fitness center, salt water swimming pool, and a spa. Meals are served in the Kwan Yin Dining Hall, complemented by a neighboring juice bar. The entire property sprouts from Chinese Taoism, which in general terms, reflects a balanced, mutual relationship between mankind, nature, and the universe.

Chiang Mai is a cultural epicenter north of Bangkok, dotted with ancient temples, busy markets, and natural treasures. It is Thailand’s second biggest city despite its estimated 200,000 person population.

The most beautiful holidays in my life
I have been in Tao Garden twice and plan next year my holidays there. I have to say it was my best holidays. Great place to detox your body. Food is very delicious and really healthy - you get some ideas what to eat and how to prepare the food when you come back home. And the most important thing - practice, that is changing your life. You will get a lot of new feelings, take back home with you a new level of energy. Don't forget to practice at home every day and your life will be lighter, you will smile and feel happy more than before. Thank you Master Mantak Chia and all people of Tao Garden!

“Thank you Tao garden!!!”
Tao Garden is the creation of renown Taoist Master Mantak Chia. I had heard of him and the spa for years but never had the opportunity to visit until this April. The design and layout of the grounds is fascinating. Everything is in an octagonal shape with highlights of water and Taoist symbols. The reservation includes daily healthy buffet meals which were not only healthful but delicious. They using sugar can juice in stead of Sugar to cook food for us, that is perfect. The spa facility was top notch, exquisitely designed and maintained with expert staff that obviously knew their stuff and had been there for years. The clinic while not sterile white immaculate was orderly enough to not alarm me. I found their holistic assessment of my health, combining both the technology of the West and the wisdom of the East to be right on the mark. I indulged in many of their recommended treatments and found them all helpful--particularly the clinic related ones. The entire trip was wonderful! I have already recommended Tao Garden to all my friends. I returned home feeling and looking ten years younger!!
