Horrible customer service
My husband made a reservation for me at Toppers Spa for my birthday. I drove there but couldn't find the location of this spa and called the 856 number. The receptionist answered the call and said "she already marked me as "no show". And she just hung up the phone. I would not step in that place ever. Horrible customer service.

Horrible front staff service
Noone has any idea at the front desk what is going on. They really need to inform and train the front desk staff! Horrible customer service.

I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage and received less pressure than a swedish massage. This Spa is tired and the robes were so old and ratty and thin that you could see through them. A terrible experience and a terrible Spa...never again! Save your money!

I get my hair cut by John and he is by far the best hairdresser i have ever had. My hair always comes out perfect and he never chops too much off. He is very good at dying too. He will sit down with you and explain the whole process with you to make sure you get the color you desire. I use Barbara for my eyebrowl waxing and she is just as amazing as john. My eyebrowls are always shape great and she never burns my face with wax. As for a massage/facials i have mixed reviews. I have only had two spa services and the first time was amazing but the second time was iffy. I must say that the spa section is beautiful. Hope this helps!! :)

Toppers spa has a comforting atmosphere. The receptionist was pleasant. I was very disappointed in the service that I received at Toppers for the following reasons: No one assisted with the procedure for the robes, slippers and lockers. I had to ask another customer for assistance. Facial - the hot/warm towels smelled odorious. For the money that I paid, I expected better service for a facial compared to the treatment that I had in the past with a more seasonal specialist. Specialist left partial bits of the mask on my face, when I returned home I had to wash my face again to remove all tracies of mask. Since the staff is the subject matter experts in their trade,..why do they ask what type of skin do you have? Shouldn't they be able to look at my skin and tell the condition.. Shouldn't they recommend if you need an extraction? Why should I have to tell them. Unfortunately, I lose credibility in their expertise.

Feels like you're on vacation
This place made me feel like I was on vacation. Forgot all about the hustle & bustle. Plus they offer amazing couples massages!!!

From the moment I walked in till the second I left everything was wonderful, everyone was friendly and professional and my facial was AMAZING! She gave the the most wonderful hand and arm massage, and I ended up falling asleep during my service!!! I will definitely be back!!!

I booked a pedi/mani for myself and a pedi/ express facial for my mom. Right away the tech was completly confused about our apointment. I booked the pedis together so that my mom would get her facial while I had my mani. My tech wanted to start me so I did my mani first. My mom and I then had our pedis. Overall, the service was just OK. Nothing special. I wanted a french but my tech talked me out of it. I think she didn't feel like doing it, which is silly because she is lossing out on extra money toward the bill. I was really annoyed when she answered her cell phone in the middle of my pedi. Unprofessional and gross! My mom and I finished up and went back out to the waiting area so she could go in for her facial. We sat for about 10 minutes when a woman came out looking for a girl named Brittany. There was no one else there, but my mom's name isn't Brittany (not even close) so we waited a bit more. Two other staff members came out and looked at us and went back. Then, someone from the front desk came over and said "I'm sorry but we don't have time to do you facial, we are closing in 15 minutes." I think that pretty much sums up how terrble the customer service is. No one even attemped to make it righ

This was my first visit to Toppers Marlton, and it was for a full leg/bikini waxing. Erikka has a wonderful personality, and her comfort in her skills translated to a very comfortable experience for me as her client. This was NOT my first waxing experience (I've had this service many many times), but it was the first time I didn't leave with some remnant of wax on my legs or multiple areas of skin irritation, and there were no areas that were missed. Absolutely worth the cost, and I've booked my next one immediately. Erikka was the best, and the location was very easy to get to and comfortable inside.

I just had a spa treatment today which was wonderful, but I had a spa treatment about 6 weeks ago and it was a life saver..I had a stiff neck that I couldn't work out and after the treatment ...I was CURED!!! It was wonderful!!
