salt cave not temperature controlled
The relaxation room was exactly that, a cool comfortable room with flavorful tea...really a nice haven from the heat. The salt cave, on the other hand, caused us to sweat, so it had to have been about 80 degrees, not 72-74. It was so uncomfortable, we couldn't stay in there the whole time. It would have been fine if the staff just admitted that it was too hard to control the temp on a hot day, but instead they pretended like we didn't know what we were talking about, were just being difficult, and perhaps didn't understand the importance of temperature control for optimal ion benefits, Perhaps that's why I asked if we could get a discount and come back when it was fixed. She said she would have her manager contact us, but not surprisingly, a week later, and still no phone call. Don't go to the salt cave at this location (the one in Asheville is great!) unless you don't mind a sauna on a hot day.
