ABOUT US

Our studios were founded on a simple premise. By making yoga, mindfulness, and community accessible to everyone, we can help support the creation of a kinder, more responsible planet. We do things differently. Students can pay any amount they want to come to class. We embrace many styles of yoga, and encourage our teachers to share their most unique offerings. Our spaces are anything but cookie-cutter: each one reflects the neighborhood it serves. The recipe works – after just a few years in business, we’ve been honored as Denver’s Best Yoga by the Denver A List in 2013 and 2014, and Top of the Town by 5280 Magazine in 2014.
