Basics classes are slower, with more focus on alignment and details about the poses. Call one of our studios for a list of classes that are suitable for beginning students. No reservations are necessary for any classes.Your First week is FREE. Your first time to any of our studios you can get a monthly unlimited for just $99. Drop-ins are a suggested $15 rate. Yoga is a practice, the more you practice the more you learn, the better you feel.
