Great pedi
I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely atmosphere in this cozy little salon. I received a birthday gift certificate and wasn't sure about going to a new place. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. Love my pedi. A big thanks to Hannah for great job and special treatment. Will definitely go back.

Can't wait to go back...
I’ve already been twice this year and have a 3rd appt scheduled. Alicia is an amazing masseuse. Her attention to my shoulder has given me more relief than 2 months in physical therapy. And I love the room setup….heated blanket, heating pad on back and hot stones…SIGH! I’ve been to some very high end spas and this place is the best!

Highly Recommend :-)
Once you walk inside, this place really has some amazing ambiance which is comfortably inviting. The staff was both friendly and attentive and I could already feel the stress of my day beginning to subside. Once the facial began, I became so relaxed that I fell asleep during the treatment! When my facial was over, I instantly noticed my skin had a beautiful glow. I already have my next facial booked and I'll indulge in a massage, heard the therapist are amazing.

Disappointed
I have visited this spa at its old location and it was strategically layed out and serene. At the new location the massage room faces a busy street and is by the front door which makes is very noisy and very difficult to relax and enjoy your treatment. The massage therapist was weak. I paid for a deep tissue massage and I received light pressure (not even strong enough to be considered a Swedish massage) and the therapist did not pay attention to the areas I asked her specifically to concentrate on. I would not recommend this spa if you are looking for peace and relaxation.
Response from Naturals Boutique Spa & Salon
I would like to apologize for the delay of this response to your review. Your appointment fell on the first week we opened in our new location. With anything new, there are always some growing pains to work out. We have addressed the noise with heavier doors and water features in the treatment rooms along with a high tech sound system with relaxing spa music. Are therapist are amoung the best that this industry has to offer. We guarantee our services, since your last therapist was not the right fit for you, we have others to choose from . We are confident in our therapist and the service they provide. Hope you will try us again.

Wonderful Service
I have traveled to many places and visited many spas. It is nice to have somewhere locally to go to. Sometimes the grand fluff spas are just that, fluff. This was really a wonderful surprise. I had a facial, brows and pedicure. My esthetitian was very knowedgable and did a beautiful job on my eyebrows. I felt a received a vey thourough facial. My pedicure came with a relaxing warm stone massage. I was told they would be moving and building a Mexico Resort style spa , that will be opening next year. I am very exited about that. It is a full service day spa setting, that I found to be vey clean. I'm definately going back!

Could be better
Nothing outstanding about the spa. Definitely not a place you could spend the whole day like Burke-William, Corde Valle, etal. The ambience was non-existent. Don't waste money on the luxury add-ons--there's not much to them--no oil for the scalp and foot add on--not worth the extra $40. The massage was okay. Need to hire a stronger massage therapist who can really work the tension out of the muscles. Unfortuantely, I can't say I recommend this place which is too bad because Morgan Hill really could use a nice spa.
