atmosphere itself is awesome, love getting my facials there as its super relaxing, don't want to leave once I am there, they use great products and most of the girls are pretty knowledgeable however, could be more efficient in returning calls

Excellent service, great staff..
I've been to hydeaway couple of times and every time I received the exceptional service. Their staff are great and they are very knowledgeable..Such a perfectionists working at that place. It felt amazing to let my self go and not worry if the job will be good at the end. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for an amazing treatment, friendly and professional staff and relaxing place to unwind. Ask for Adisa she is great and extremely knowledgeable person with attention to details.She did a great job on me and I will go again hopefully soon.

After reading previous review (Hidden Gem) I was a little sceptical. How many hidden gems are out there? Much to my surprise this place was great. The decor is as amazing as the service. How often do you come across an estheticians that truly understand her business. She was not only able to answer all my questions but also was able to explain what she was doing and why. She was impeccably groomed and friendly. Not much else to say, except I wish there was more locations.

Hair Appointment Disaster!
I loved everything about the spa except for the hairdresser, Margery. My mother and I had a very bad experience with her professionalism a few weeks ago. Margery is only available during the day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. After going back and forth with the receptionist I finally made an appointment with her for 5.45pm. it was a special request since her timings only run until 5pm. Thursday was the only available day and the spa was fully aware that I finish school at 5pm and would have to drive about half an hour to pick up my mother from work and then drive another 45 minutes in order to get there. I informed them that due to rush hour traffic conditions I was most likely going to be late for my appointment and asked if that was going to be okay with Margery. She agreed. My mother and I both left as early as we could and even so we made it 10 minutes late. While we were in the parking lot, the spa called us to say that Margery had other commitments and had to cancel the appointment. I informed them that we were right in the parking lot after driving all this while and way to get there and she refused to entertain us. I will never EVER recommend Margery for any service that she offers at the spa. She is extremely unprofessional and we were completely unhappy with the way the entire situation was handled. The receptionist was very nice and I could see that even she was frustrated with Margery's unprofessional behavior. A few of my friends have gotten haircuts from her and complained that her style and cuts are very old fashioned and needed to be upgraded. The price is steep at $70 for the product that she offers. Everything else at the spa is amazing and I will definitely return for other services. I would highly suggest that they fire her in order for them not to spoil their name and reputation.

The decor of this spa is great, very exotic. Lack of warmth welcome. No one there to direct where you should do or go next. Massage was less than average.

The spa is a hidden gem. It's small and intimate, perfect for couples looking to relax and unwind. We think the pedicure is more of a spa experience item - a greater value to the package.The only thing lacking at Hydeaway was a super warm greeter, but the services provided made up for it. I would recommend this spa to city dwellers and folks from out of town. The Jourlique Oil Wrap and Luxury Facial were to die for as Jacki's hands were heavenly. We will definitely be back!
