I went for a massage on February 18, President's Day, my day off. The massage therapist was 25 minutes late. My 9:00 massage started at 9:30. I paid for an 80-minute massage. The therapist gave me a 70 minute massage and assured me it was an 80 minute massage. I advised the receptionist at the front desk that she shorted me 10 minutes, and the receptionist took $10 off my charge. In addition, the massage therapist was not good at all. She said she had 3 yrs. experience, but was licensed for 6 yrs. She did not massage any body parts, it felt like she was just rubbing oil on me, and trying to kill time. I will never go back there, despite the two $10 off coupons the receptionist gave me for the masseuse being late.
