SERVICES & CLASSES
Interiors of Biltmore Spa are a thoughtful blend of classic-meets-contemporary, mingling warm hues, polished stones, and wood accents with serene views of Coral Gables. Along with the tranquil setting, the spa’s specialty is its therapeutic treatment menu that nourishes mind and body. Exciting offerings include a lavender salt scrub; a volcanic mud wrap; the signature Chardonnay Massage, which uses antioxidant-rich Chardonnay grape-seed oil; and the Hanakasumi Body Ritual, a Japanese beauty therapy that begins with a cherry blossom rice gommage and concludes with a full-body massage. Spa-goers can also opt for one of the various skincare and massage modalities available.
Biltmore Spa hosts 15 treatment rooms, along with the well-appointed Zen Suite, equipped with a private changing area, sauna, multi-jets shower, Jacuzzi, flat-screen TV, and fruit/beverage bar.

Facilities & Amenities
The hotel’s fitness center, located on the lobby level, features a lengthy lineup of classes to suit even the most discerning of workout enthusiasts. Twenty-three yoga classes are held weekly, complemented by spinning, Zumba, body sculpt, boot camp, aqua circuit training, ballet barre, rock ’n sculpt, meditation, and more. Other amenities that attract attention include the nation’s largest swimming pool, 10 tennis courts with clinics and expert instruction, and the Biltmore Golf Course; the 18-hole, par-71 championship course challenges golfers’ skills against 6,800 yards of strategic, sprawling fairways designed by Donald Ross.
Meanwhile, visitors of all ages can inspire their inner chef with cooking classes or workshops at the Biltmore Culinary Academy (grownups can also sign up for wine tasting and private mixology sessions). And while the adults exercise, relax, or golf, kids can find their own fun with the supervised Biltmore Buddies Program.
Rooms & Dining
Guests can choose from four accommodation categories, from Superior Rooms (300 square feet) and Deluxe Rooms (330 square feet) to the Mediterranean-style Junior Suites (360 square feet) and Executive Suites (660 square feet). Interiors, adorned with custom-designed furnishings and expansive picture windows, reflect Old World glamour, offset slightly by modern accoutrements such as wireless and wired high-speed Internet access. Additional extravagances include European feather bedding, 340-thread-count Egyptian cotton duvet covers, and Frette robes.
The hotel’s culinary experience provides a little taste of every dining type, whether guests prefer formal, sports-casual, or poolside fun. The signature Palme d’Or restaurant emphasizes French fare for all seasons, paired with an award-winning international wine list. Fontana, set in a lovely landscaped garden courtyard, complete with a cascading fountain, serves northern Italian specialties crafted with locally sourced, farm-fresh, organic ingredients. Grilled dishes are a staple on the 19th Hole Sports Bar & Grill’s menu, while the pool-adjacent Cascade offers dishes on the light side.
