Poor Communication Skills
I made an appointment this afternoon that I canceled. I found it very disheartening when I mentioned that I would be using a SpaFinder gift card for the visit. I was told that the massage therapist does not make enough money off of the service when patrons use these cards and was told that is why not all of them accept those appointments. I was told the therapist would be doing the woman I was speaking to a ‘favor’ by accepting my appointment. I will be taking my business to another provider. When I canceled the appointment I was met with more condescending remarks that were quite lengthy. Yikes!

I recieved a deep tissue message from Crystal. She did a great job and was very attentive to any needs or special requests i had. She addressed both my knee and foot issue for me. There were many different services avilable. I highly recomend this business.

So many services to choose, did the ear candling and a fusion massage with cupping. Wow! Loved it. Crystal gave me the best massage, working my neck and scalp, omg. I will be going back.

Nice, relaxing experience
I used a gift certificate for my first visit to Inspiring Hands. I really enjoyed the 1 1/2 hour De-Stress Express treatment. The massage was wonderful and very relaxing. Sarah worked extra hard on my extremely tight shoulders and the micro buff polish was just what my skin needed after a long dry winter. Now I need to make more appointments to try out their other services!

First Impression at Inspiring Hands Massage
My excitement was first being able to book the appointment on-line after I found the location on SpaFinder.com I chose the 45 minute appointment which is actually 30 minutes of massage on the table. I found the establishment to be cozy, quaint, and quiet. It was nice to experience privacy and not to feel like a number in a waiting room as in other local spas. The web-site is informational and I believe the bio's on each staff memeber is important to the client. I trust and know the staff is educated properly, knowlegdeable, and ready to provide a great service. I have booked two more future services thus far!

love the ambience and the bodywork
It's obvious a lot of attention went into the design of this spa. The session rooms are large and comfortable, and the waiting room has a beautiful fireplace and fountain, very relaxing. I have received massage from both Stacey and Crystal and would recommend either to my friends. If you haven't tried Raindrop Therapy, try it here - it's a great session. Friends who have been here have commented on the unique bodywork and nurturing atmosphere. You can change into a robe before your session if you want to, and there's a shower for after a spa session. It's just all about comfort, with none of that "big spa snobbery" that I've experienced in other places.
