BEWARE! I purchased a gift card online with the recipient's name listed in the TO section. When the recipient went to redeem the card, Sir Spa told him the card had already been redeemed by a third party unknown to either of us, which forced the recipient to have to pay out-of-pocket for the services (it wasn't cheap). I was told by manager Marcus - a month after repeatedly leaving messages trying to get a hold of him with no response - that since the gift card was redeemed, I could not receive a refund. Very bad customer service, horrible first experience, will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I love this place
I have never had a bad experience here in the 3 plus years that I've been visiting. I have come to like 2 masseurs very much...Dave and Bill. Sir Spa frequently sends me (via e-mail) coupons that keep me coming back. I have gone to other spas elsewhere and within the city, and they pale in comparison. The accomodations, quality, and professionalism are unmatched in my opinion. You can't go wrong with this spa...GO and ENJOY!

I was a little hesitant to go to a spa because I've never been to one before. However, I didn't want to waste the spa finder cert. that my girlfriend bought me. One word: AMAZING! The services and staff were fantastic! I will be back.. whether or not I get another spa finder gift! I am sold for life!
