So glad my memberships finaly over
Signed up as a member a year ago when it first opened. Very dissatisfied with their business. There was only one descent stylist at this location which did no good because there were hardly ever available appointments. I would literally have to make appointments 2 months before. When I would come in they sometimes wouldn't have time to do or finish what was set to do my hair and tell me to come back. At first there dye was OK but then a few months later it changed and was absolutely terrible...my blonde wasn't the same anymore and my hair would fall out...a lot of times my hair wouldn't take and would have to make an additional appointment to repeat the same process and it was damaging my hair. After my year membership was coming up I was told that i wouldn't be charged again and two months later they start charging my card again even more money of what they were charging me before and refused to refund me my full amount besides that they were very rude and unprofessional with me.
