Our engaging sessions focus on the delivery of core yoga poses and practices with targeted benefits. The core poses nourish and strengthen your practice of yoga. They are focused toward improved health and increased happiness. The benefit targeted poses, added to the last quarter of each session, are designed to address specific goals of practice such as lessening anxiety, improving athletic performance, reversing the signs of aging or an easier pregnancy. The sessions at Setu are led by well trained and experienced and Coaches. While health and safety is a key concern, the Coaches encourage practitioners to find themselves within each pose and to discover abilities that challenge their limits. This results in a teaching style that is both strong in practice and soft on people.At the centre of our yoga approach lie the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, with a refreshing delivery that not only deepens the practice but also broadens the mind.
