We whipped up his Detoxifying Post-Workout Smoothie in our latest video and we’re sharing four more of his fabulous smoothie recipes below!

Brain Fuel Smoothie
2 cups spinach
1 cup coconut water
1 ripe pear
½ cup frozen mango
½ avocado
2 tbsp. hemp hearts
1tsp. acai powder
1tsp. camu powder
1 banana, frozen
1 tbsp., chopped cilantro, fresh
Carrot Cleanse
5 carrots, peeled
1 apple, seeded
½ cucumber
1 celery stalk
1 tbsp. ginger
