However, don’t go too feral on vacation. Try all your skin care in bar form (shampoo bars, conditioner bars, etc.) to save space and pack more. Pack a pack of wet wipes just in case for emergency make up removal and back up napkins (just don’t flush them, even if they say they are flushable–they are not, trust us). And if the ocean is in the cards for you, be sure to pack up some reef safe sunscreen. Look for all mineral zinc-oxide. Because we don’t need to bleach coral with our skincare.

Tech is absolutely a travel essential. It can combine your books, your music, your camera all into one amazing device. But not working tech just means a massive pain in the neck. (Time for your massage!) To keep your devices charged and ready to go, be sure to pack an international adapter (if you are going abroad) and a USB to USB-C adaptor. Rental cars and hotel rooms haven’t all been upgraded to the USB-C revolution.
Also a bluetooth speaker is a great addition when packing, especially for a girls trip. Because having some tunes at the pool or at the beach is always welcome. Just leave it at home if you are taking a hike to really absorb the peace and quiet of nature.
