Avocados are so healthy, we wouldn’t be surprised if Wonder Woman eats at least one a day. According to the California Avocado Commission, avocados are heart-healthy nutrient dense. In fact, just one-third of a medium avocado has nearly 20 vitamins and minerals and has just 80 calories.
