The Art of Rest at Poland’s SPA Nałęczów
Nałęczów is a small town in the southeast region of Poland known for its authentic healing properties. The four natural springs (each of which has medically identified health benefits) and the lowered air pressure in the valley where it is located, all contribute to the health benefits. The town’s landscape combines natural woodlands and meadows with historic architecture and modern spa facilities, plus a meandering river that seems to weave through the contrast without any effort.
