Says accepts spafinder gift cards but does NOT
I called to make an appointment and told them I would be using a spafinder gift card, they said that would be fine, but that it woudl be later in the day (around 3 or 4). The lady explained that they just had to check time and that she would call me right back. Five minutes passed. Ten minutes passed. Fifteen minutes, and I decided to give them a call back. All of a sudden they had no appointments left, and she apologized profusely. Something tells me she talked to her manager and was told to simply not call back, because I was using a spafinder gift card. Very professional to advertise that you take the gift cards, and then simply do not call back. I hope people do not make appointments here, since this cannot bode well for the rest of their services.

My go-to place for facials
Over the past five years, I've faithfully returned to Moonflower Spa for their Glow Facial, which is a special afternoon treatment that's $75 for 75 minutes. My face is always "glowing" after my treatment, and I feel incredibly rested and calm. The girls really know what they're doing here, and the extractions are gentle yet extremely thorough (I love extractions!).

I went in for a deep pore cleansing facial and peel and it was exactly what I needed. I have a lot of blackheads and impacted whiteheads and Yuko was really good about extracting them. For the ones that were imbedded too far down for her to use her hands, she used a lancet. The extractions hurt but I've had worse. I came out a little red and swollen but then again I've had worse. The best part was the facial massage. I've had MANY facials and this is the first time that an actual facial massage consisted of more than just applying the cream . She also included a shoulder massage which was very nice. The price is reasonable and the place is amazing. Definitely come if you need a good extraction facial.
