Since the spa is located on top of a natural mineral spring, its waters are the basis for the treatments, and services use Aveda skincare products. The spa's fitness center features a broad range of classes, and guests can enjoy nutritious cuisine led by executive chef Christopher Ennew C.C.C.
Located only 90 minutes east of Toronto, Ste. Anne's has earned international recognition as one of the top 10 destination spas in the world by British Vogue magazine and has been voted Favorite Spa in Canada, along with Favorite Spa Manager, in SpaFinder's 2010 Readers' Choice Awards. Guests may take advantage of the Stress Express service, including train transportation and chauffeured limousine service.

Situated on a natural underground spring, Ste. Anne's Spa incorporates the healing waters in a variety of body wraps and hydrotherapy treatments including Synchronized Tuning, Aroma Stone Massage, Full-Immersion Moor Mud Baths, Vichy showers, Caribbean Therapy, and Aqua Polish. Ste. Anne's Spa features 25 treatment rooms, changing rooms equipped with rain showers, hot tubs, and saunas, and three outdoor gazebos where guests can enjoy their treatments during the summer. All treatments, including massage, hydrotherapy, and aesthetics, incorporate Aveda products. Offerings also include alternative therapies such as reiki, reflexology, shiatsu, Thai, aromatherapy and chakra balancing. At the nearby Valley View Stables, guests are encouraged to experience Equine Therapy, where coaches will help them become aware of their energy, boundaries and intentions and introduce relaxation techniques--all designed to have a profound effect on communication and power in both personal and professional relationships.

Ste. Anne's Spa offers several lounge areas that provide the perfect place for intimate conversation or pure relaxation. More-energized guests can take advantage of the Har-Tru tennis court and large outdoor Olympic-size swimming pool, both available during the summer months. An indoor therapeutic pool is open year round. The spa features a eucalyptus steam room; a wellness studio with Cybex and cardio equipment; hot tubs and saunas in each changing room; and an outdoor fieldstone grotto, a unique hydrotherapy amenity featuring a hot tub, cold plunge pool, and a wave pool. Daily group wellness classes are available for guests to participate (in conjunction with spa packages). Current wellness classes include stretching, yoga, Bosu/stability ball, meditation, hiking/snowshoeing, a spa bootcamp, and an aquatic workout.
Set on 500 acres, the property provides many trails for hiking, snowshoeing, and walking. For those who need to stay in touch with home or office, Internet access is also available.

Offering guests CAA Four-Diamond accommodations, Ste. Anne's Spa has 28 rooms housed in both the main inn and in six unique spa cottages located within walking distance of all on-site facilities. Many rooms feature a fireplace, a private bath equipped with a whirlpool tub, and magnificent views of Lake Ontario. Natural spring water flows from every tap on the property and is used to fill the pools, hot tubs, saunas, and the eucalyptus steam room.
Dining at Ste. Anne's Spa is designed to be a delicate combination of pampering and moderation. Ste. Anne's Spa celebrates its country inn component experience by offering country fare prepared according to the principles of healthy eating. Guests can enjoy the "simple and fresh" creations of executive chef Christopher Ennew C.C.C., a culinary World Cup winner. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and light choices are available at every meal, and dishes incorporate locally raised beef and seasonal herbs and vegetables organically grown from the property's gardens. The inn also creates its own pasta, soup, baked goods, preserves, and salad dressings.
Overnight guests wishing to drink wine with their meals are welcome to bring their own wine, as Ste. Anne's Spa is not licensed.
