Be aware of cost when booking your spa service. I was quoted one price over the phone but was actually charged higher when I checked out. I was told to call the next day to speak to one of the managers. The Spa Manager was not able to honor the price that I was quoted and told me another person will have to call me back. However, it's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a call back. I am left feeling that I am not important enough of a first time customer to receive a follow up call.
Unfortunately, although the deep stone massage given by Katie and Ed was excellent, I probably would not return because of their poor follow up service.

Thanks for the compliments toward Katie and Ed. They're both excellent therapists, and we truly hope that you'll allow them, and us, to serve you a second time and show you what a great place TKI is.
