A Votre Santé

I love France for many reasons, the food, the wine, the beauty approach and yes…the fashion. They really get it. Recently the Caudalie  Vinotherapie Spa at The Plaza Hotel opened In New York. A glass of wine after a luxurious, fragrant and youth reviving treatment…. Now in my book, that is a recipe for perfection.

I was writing this note in my head while having my reflexology and half way through I made my thoughts come to a screeching halt. I allowed myself a 10 min. vacation from my thoughts, from my busy life, and enjoyed this amazing sensory experience that surprisingly almost lulled me to sleep.

Perfection was achieved soon thereafter, when I was offered a glass of Le Grand Cru Lafitte.

Well that’s a life, and I’ll drink to it any day!
