Essentials Spa

I have been to several different spas and have had good and bad service. Essentials while being large and not to cramped and cozy did not have a relaxing atmosphere. Relaxation rooms were very brightly lite (not soothing). While staff was pleaseant services seemed rushed and were not relaxing. While the spa offers lunches and has a somewhat confined area to eat them, food service is not on site. The spa order meals from other restuarants in the area and are at the mercy of the restuarants schedule. Overall, the quality for the overpriced services are not worth it.

I have a membership to this spa as Christmas gift from hubby. Great ambience, ample lockers, bathrooms, and showers. My massage was for 1.5 hrs and was heavenly. I had been a member of another spa in the area, and opted not to renew because their memberships had expiration dates. However, I do miss Beverly (receptionist) for her very personalized treatment. Whenever I came in, she offered me tea, coffee, wine, etc. This is what is lacking at Essential Spa....personalized, friendly treatment.

I'm a spa enthusiast and always look for the complete spa experience. I would recommend Essentials Day Spa to anyone who is looking to experience a "true spa experience". From the ambience to the customer service...I'd rate the Viera location a "10". The only thing I would have changed about our experience that day is the distance from Kissimmee; I wish Essentials Spa was located closer to Kissimmee (The Oaks area). We had a few challenges getting to the location (construction and detours), but Amy Blair, Reception Manager, and Thomas Lessler, President & GM, welcomed us when we arrived. Amy personally checked us in to help us get off on the right foot to enjoy our scheduled treatments. Essentials Spa has truly captured the essences of customer care. In my opinion and experience, even the most planned event will have glitches but how a business handles those glitches makes the difference...Essentials has "Customer Care" down to a tee. I will gladly come back again to experience other treatments. I want to also recognize Jennifer (reception) who went above and beyond to make our stay at Essentials Day Spa, Viera a "WOW" experience.

I've been to the Viera location several times for pretty much everything on the menu. I'm so pleaed with the service and experience and I always look forward to going back for another relaxing, indulgent day!!

I have been a loyal customer of Essentials Spa since 2006 and I absolutely love their selection of services. They have tons of different pedicures to choose from and their massages are the best. The staff is friendly and will address any concerns you may have. The Bali Coconut Rub, Hot Stone Massage, and Tropical Dream Package are my favorite services! The new location in Viera is gorgeous and roomy. I love how the showers, steam room, and sauna are now separate from the lockers and bathroom. It is also right around the corner from my work so it is very easy to get to. They are open until 8pm during the week and on Saturdays which I love. They also make it easy to book appointments because there is one number to call and they don't require a mandatory booking time like other spas. I have made an appointment for a massage the day before I went in and they have no problem booking at the last minute! Wonderful would recommend anyone in the area to visit.

I have been comingto Essentials for a few months, and I think their customer service and spa services are wonderful. I had a pedicure tonight w/ Denise, and she did an excellent job. She is very friendly and the pedicure was the best. I am happy to be a new customer. Their services and attitudes exemplify the true spa experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. It is beautiful and I enjoyed every moment of it!

I have services at this spa about every other month or so. Everyone's always so professional, it's a very friendly environment and the staff are attentive. I have been to a lot of resort spas across the country and this spa, for being a local day spa really know how to do the whole spa thing. They do have fully equipped locker rooms for men and women- I LOVE the steam room! :) They offer robes and sandals, lunch and beverages and other goodies. Similar to what you would find at a resort spa- but so close to home! LOVE that too! Well, I can't say enough.... When's my next spa visit??!!
