What’s Behind Your Breakouts: Your Guide For Decoding Your Blemishes

Ever wonder why around the same time each month you get a little pimple in the same spot? Or why suddenly, you’re breaking out all over your forehead? If you’re breaking out in areas 1 & 2:
You may be consuming a little too much processed food or sugar because this area reflects what’s going on in your digestive system. Also, be mindful of your hair products and any hats or headbands you wear as they may be creating sweat or buildup that can lead to pimples. Stressed out? This is where your skin will show it. Drink more water and watch the blemishes vanish.
If you’re breaking out in area 3:
Have you had lots of late nights partying hard? Well, your liver is angry at you and it’s showing it here. Again, try to drink lots of water and cut back on alcohol and excessive dairy.

Having trouble with digestion? Your stomach needs a little love so try to cut out processed and greasy foods, and add fiber to your diet to flush out any toxins that may have found a home for themselves in your tummy.

Pimples around your neck and throat can be a sign that your body is trying to fight off an illness – try to take it easy and gets lots of rest.
