5 Favorite Celebrity Weddings in 2018

Love was in the air in 2018, and all that romance includes celebrities who have tied the knot so far this year.  There are almost too many famous weddings to count but here are five of our favorites. We love the many ways celebs celebrate their marriages – just like we love the creativity our readers put into their special days.

Love Conquers All

It’s hard to top a fairytale wedding starring a real prince and his true love, American TV star Meghan Markle. Prince Harry and Ms. Markle were married on May 19 at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. Millions around the world watched the ceremony and the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex treated fans to the splendor and glamour of a royal wedding.

The Best Thing About Me Is You

Earlier this year, famous singer Ricky Martin officially tied the knot with painter Jwan Yosef. The handsome couple said their vows and signed all the paperwork but won’t have a celebration until later in 2018. And the word is, it will be a big one! The couple announced their engagement on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in November.[1] We’re happy Ricky found his soulmate. After all, “Nobody Wants to Be Lonely.”

The Stars Align

On March 3, Chanel Iman (Victoria Secret Angel) and Sterling Shepard (NFL star) exchanged vows in a gorgeous Beverly Hills ceremony. Celebs like Chrissy Teigen and Gabrielle Union attended and Chanel wore a Zuhair Murad gown. We’re fans of supermodel Iman and NY Giants wide receiver Shephard’s classic romantic garden ceremony–and the flower-decked ballroom reception.

If it Doesn’t Feel Like Love, it’s Not Love (Michelle Williams)

According to an article in Vanity Fair,[2] Oscar-winner Michelle Williams wed indie rocker Phil Elverum in a private ceremony in the beautiful Adirondacks in upstate New York. A few close friends and their two daughters witnessed the ceremony. Williams said, “Ultimately the way (Phil) loves me is the way I want to live my life on the whole.” Now that’s romantic.

Our favorite wedding #5: Some of the biggest celebrities exchanged vows in 2018–and wowed us with their ceremonies.
