The countdown to Global Wellness Day (GWD) is on! Happening June 13, GWD is a non-for-profit social movement, dedicated to reminding people around the world about the importance of living well! As part of this movement, GWD has created a 7 Step Manifesto, seven small steps that will make a big impact on your life. We’re sharing it below and hope that you will use these healthy tips on Global Wellness Day and each day that follows!
- Walk one hour
- Drink more water
- Don’t use plastic bottles
- Eat organic, locally sourced produce
- Do a good deed
- Eat a family dinner
- Go to bed at 10:00 p.m.
