Summer of Gratitude Starts at Civana.
This summer participate in a homage to Gratitude with Civana. CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa launched a “Summer of Gratitude” social media well-being challenge/giveaway on Wednesday, July 15.
From July 15-August 26, join Civana on a 6 week challenge to improve mental health through gratitude. Each week there will be an opportunity to focus on gratitude for your health, for your friends and families etc. There are several reasons to say thank you and this program will help you explore all of those reasons.
Since CIVANA is closed until September, wellness leaders wanted to stay connected by providing a space for positivity and emotional well-being. These weekly gratitude exercises will be available via CIVANA’s Instagram, making it easy for people near and far to participate.
Each week people can share who or what they are grateful for using the hashtag #CIVANASummerofGratitude. Tag the resort @civanaresort to enter to win a 3-night wellness getaway at CIVANA. People may also nominate someone they feel deserves a wellness getaway. This can be an essential worker, hard-working family member, or someone else they are grateful for.
The first week kicked off on July 15 and focuses on mindset. This summer, set an intention to learn about gratitude and being mindful of the teachings.
